Baume & Mercier brings a touch of modernity to the highly acclaimed Classima series with a wide array of materials. One of three timepieces released under Baume & Mercier's capsule edition which highlight a variety of complications, this Classima Special Edition features a 42 mm polished stainless steel case with a stunning sunray gray dial strewn with diagonal lines, partnered with a polished fixed bezel, rose gold-tone leaf hands, white Arabic numerals, and indices as hour markers. Complementing it further is a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a signed crown at 3 o'clock, and a minutes track with white and rose gold-tone markers. An open balance aperture at the 12 o'clock position gives a glimpse of its beating balance wheel and escapement while a power reserve indicator is situated at the 6 o'clock position. It comes fitted with a brown Holland & Sherry fabric strap with an added interchangeable black alligator leather strap for a variety of looks without the need for extra tools. Both fasten securely with a stainless steel signed buckle. This watch has an exhibition caseback, showcases the Sellita caliber SW-200, a Swiss automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, generating up to 42 hours of power reserve, and is water-resistant up to 30 meters/100 feet.
