Baume & Mercier brings a touch of modernity to the highly acclaimed Classima series with a wide array of materials. One of three timepieces released under Baume & Mercier's capsule edition which highlight a variety of complications, this Classima Special Edition features a 42 mm polished stainless steel case with a stunning opaline sunray blue dial strewn with diagonal lines, partnered with a polished fixed bezel, silver-tone leaf hands, white Arabic numerals and indices as hour markers. Complementing it further is a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a signed crown at the 3 o'clock position, and a black flange with white minute markers. The central GMT hand points towards an inner 24-hour scale, both colored in striking baby blue, indicating a second timezone. It comes fitted with a blue Holland & Sherry fabric strap with an added interchangeable black alligator leather strap for a variety of looks without the need for extra tools. Both fasten securely with a stainless steel signed buckle. This watch has a stainless steel caseback which encases an ETA 2893-based Swiss automatic GMT movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, generating up to 42 hours of power reserve, and is water-resistant up to 30 meters/100 feet.
