Flex your performance in the Free Metcon 7. Our most versatile training shoe gets updated with enhanced midfoot containment. Of course, we kept our famed Nike Free technology for a quick and powerful feel. The flexible forefoot and stable heel easily let you switch from dynamic to strength-based movements.
Flexible Forefoot
Nike Free technology combines foam in the heel for stability with softer foam in the midsole, giving you the flexibility dynamic workouts demand.
Multi-Surface Traction
A full-length rubber outsole helps support the foam while adding durability and traction on a variety of surfaces, including turf and concrete.
Midfoot Containment
A webbed lacing system works with an inner sleeve to provide added containment for a secure and snug fit.
Breathable Upper
Lightweight mesh upper adds breathable comfort.
