The small seconds sub-dial is located at the 6 o'clock position and the date can be seen at 3 o'clock. It runs on the Breitling Caliber 37 self-winding automatic movement, certified as a chronometer and with a 42 hour power reserve. The movement also contains 27 jewels and beats at 28,800 vph. The scratch-resistant cambered sapphire crystal protects the dial and is glareproof on both sides. The 36mm round case is 12.30mm thick and has a screwed-in case back.
