A REINVENTED CLASSIC

Bringing together two pillars of TAG Heuer’s history – automobile and aviation – the Autavia dates back to 1933 and was originally used for dashboard timers for cars and aircraft.

The name was then bestowed on the brand’s legendary collection created in 1962 for authentic free spirits who live life as an adventure.

Pairing a 42mm steel case with a smoked blue ceramic bezel and a brown leather strap, this high performance model is inspired by the brand’s mid-century pilot watches.

Driven by the COSC certified calibre 5 movement, the smoked blue dial features luminescent hands and how markers for maximum legibility, as well as a date display at 6 o’clock.

Retro flair, aviation-grade technology: the brown calfskin strap echoes those on Heuer pilot watches from the mid-century; the bidirectional turning bezel, however, is made from very advanced material-science ceramic.
