Paying tribute to a year engraved in horological history, the Longines 1832 collection, named after the year the winged-hourglass brand was established in Saint Imier, Switzerland. This 1832 Retrograde timepiece presents multiple complications and features a 42 mm stainless steel case that holds a sophisticated beige dial under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It has silver-tone and luminescent dauphine hands, applied indices and dots as hour and minute markers. The busy yet symmetrical dial offers 4 retrograde functions around the dial; date, day, small seconds and 24-hour GMT indicator arcs. A moonphase aperture is located at the 6 o'clock position while the day/night indicator complements it at 12 o'clock position. For time, calendar and moonphase adjustments, a large crown is situated at the 3 o'clock position and surrounded with corresponding pushers (operated with a corrector tool) along the case sides. Fitted with a brown leather strap and secured with a stainless steel signed buckle. This watch also features an exhibition caseback showcasing the caliber L707, a Swiss automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour generating up to 48 hours of power reserve and is water-resistant up to 30 meters/100 feet.
