Longines's Conquest V.H.P. which stands for Very High Precision, combines high technicality, innovation, and modern aesthetic to reach new heights in quartz-based watchmaking. This Conquest V.H.P. features a 41 mm stainless steel case with a sunray black dial layered with concentric circular graining under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a polished fixed bezel and protected smart crown. It has black and luminescent obelisk hands, indices, and Arabic numerals at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions as hour markers. A bordered and beveled date window is situated at the 3 o'clock position adjacent to the smart crown wherein controls for time-setting can be minimally operated minute by minute or hour by hour. It is also equipped with a perpetual calendar that no longer requires correcting the date. It is fitted with a black rubber strap and secured by a double safety folding clasp with push-piece opening mechanism. This watch has a solid caseback engraved with Longines' old winged hourglass logo with the Ernest Francillon & Compagnie signature (EFCo). Encased within is the caliber L288, an extremely precise Swiss quartz movement capable of automatically resetting/correcting the hands in case of shock or exposure to a magnetic field and is water-resistant up to 50 meters/165 feet.
